Please include all supporting documents, artwork imported into your file, and copies of all typefaces, including those used in the EPS files.
Make sure all images are saved as CMYK without DCS color separations. Scan your images for digital output at 400 dpi at 25% of the final output size. Resolutions higher than 400 dpi at 25% size can create excess RIP time for which charges may apply.
Save images created in Photoshop as a CMYK .EPS, CMYK .PSD, or CMYK. TIFF, not RGB. Avoid using .GIF, JPG or Internet files.
Save artwork created in Illustrator or Freehand as an EPS file. Create all fonts to outline, and, or include those fonts with your document support files. QuarkXpress files should have each page saved as an .EPS so we have greater control of the print specifications. WE DO NOT ACCEPT NON-CONVERTED QUARK FILES.
Provide a color copy of your layout including; trim, fold or perf marks clearly indicated. If we do not have anything to check against, before processing your job, we have no way of knowing if it's correct!
Realize that only 15% of PMS colors can be accurately rendered using CMYK colors. If you have questions about matching PMS colors, call and we'll give you the required information.

File FAQ's
Should I make my images RGB or CMYK?
Make sure all images are saved as CMYK without
DCS color separations. Scan your images for didital output at no more than
400 dpi at 25%. Resolutions higher
than that create excess RIP time that you may be charged for. Save images
created in Photoshop as a CMYK .EPS, CMYK .PSD, or CMYK TIFF, not RGB. Avoid using GIF,JPG or Internet files.
Do you require a hard copy of the artwork?
Yes, including trim, fold or perf marks clearly
indicated. If we do not have anything
to check against before sending out your job, we have no way of knowing if
it's correct! Asking for a proof is
your only protection.
What file format do I need to save my files?
Save artwork created in Illustrator or Freehand as
an EPS file. Create all fonts to outline, and, or include
those fonts with your document support files.
QuarkXpress files should have each page saved as an .EPS so we have
greater control of the print specifications. WE DO NOT ACCEPT NON-CONVERTED QUARK FILES
